NOTICE AND AGENDA OF FINANCIAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY 20th AUGUST 2026 AT 7-30pm AT THE CLUBHOUSE, WARNERS PARK.

NB --- A MEMBER ENTITLED TO ATTEND AND VOTE AT THIS  MEETING IS PERMITTED TO APPOINT A PROXY TO ATTEND AND VOTE IN HIS/HER PLACE (PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE HAVING BEEN  FURNISHED TO THE HON SECRETARY SUZANNE HUTCHISON) (email  suzyhutch69@aol.co.uk).

Only Voting Members or their proxy are entitled to attend this Financial AGM.

Please note that Mini and Youth Family members are entitled to attend and vote and have been so entitled over the last few years. It would be good to see Mini and Youth Family members in attendance at this meeting.

AGENDA FOR FINANCIAL AGM.

1 – Apologies for absence.

2 – Proposal by Sid Hoult and seconded by Management Committee for election of the following as Hon VPs:-

Becky Daisley (Club Physio).

Amy Smith (Club Physio).

3 – Adoption of Minutes of Financial AGM 21st August 2025

      (Minutes available at the meeting).

4 – Financial report/unaudited accounts for 12 months ending

      31st May 2026 (Accounts available at the meeting).        

5 – Adoption of report and unaudited accounts.

6 – Appointment of Accountants – to be discussed at the meeting.

7 – Any other business.

8 – Next AGMs:-

(a)  Main AGM will be held on Thursday 21th May 2027 at

7-30pm.

(b)  Financial AGM to take place at 7-30pm on Thursday 26th August 2027.
