Wendy is a Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified in 1997 from the University of East London with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. Since then she has attended many post graduate courses providing her with a wealth of knowledge. In 2006 Wendy gained her Masters Degree in Advanced Sports Physiotherapy from from the University College London. Wendy has been Head Physiotherapist at Southend RFC since 2000 and has rugby specific qualifications in both Pitch side and Spinal Trauma Management and Wound suturing. She has attended courses run by the England Rugby Union Physiotherapists.

CLINIC FACILITIES AT SOUTHEND
At the Southend clinic there is one spacious treatment room where all assessments and manual therapy is undertaken. Next to the treatment room is a gymnasium which is set up for rehabilitation as it includes CV equipment (exercise bike, rower and step machine), free and cable weights, stability balls and proprioceptive equipment. Outside there is a large grassed area which is used for running and end stage rehab back to work or sport.

Wednesday: 9am – 11am
Thursday: 8am – 6pm
Friday: 9am – 11am
Alternate Saturdays: 9am -12 noon
Brentwood Clinic:
Wednesday: 1pm - 7.30pm
Fridayl: 1pm - 7.30pm

£40.00 (Initial assessment and treatment – 45 minute appointment)
£35.00 (Follow up treatment – 30 minute appointment)
For those who are members of Southend RFC there is a 10% discount.
