All of which can be worked on in Southend Rugby Clubs very own gym, with our very own personal trainer and lifestyle adviser Jerry East. Our gym comprises of an array of free weights, a life fitness bike and stepper, a concept 2 rowing machine, a cable cross over machine, an assisted chin and dip machine, a body weight resistance machine, an olympic bench press and squat rack, free weight bench press, olympic dumbells, transformer dumbells, core stabillity balls, boards, rehab and resistance bands as well as numerous items of outdoor equipment.
